Q. How much is shipping?
A. Domestic shipping within Japan is ¥450 flat rate (including Okinawa). *International shipping is handled individually. Please check shipping rates at checkout.Q. Is free shipping available?
A. We offer free shipping for orders of 6 or more stickers in a single transaction. (Japan only)
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. After payment confirmation, items will be shipped according to your selected shipping week. Delivery is expected within 2 days after shipping, but please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping conditions.
Q. Can I pick up my order at a convenience store?
A. We apologize, but convenience store pickup is not available.
Q. Can I get a receipt?
A. If you need a receipt, please request it before completing your order. We cannot issue receipts after order completion.
Q. What should I do if I haven't received my order?
A. Please contact us through the "Contact Us" page on our website. We will check the delivery status and get back to you.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. We apologize, but cancellations, returns, and exchanges for personal reasons are not accepted. Please confirm all details before placing your order.
Q. What if I receive the wrong item, damaged goods, or missing items?
A. Please contact us through the "Contact Form" within 7 days of receiving your order. We will exchange the item at our shipping expense. *If no replacement is available, we will provide a full refund. *Returns cannot be accepted for:

・Personal preference returns/exchanges
・Items damaged or lost by customer
・Returns made without prior contact
